How to Online check-in room request??

During the onlinve check-in, I have a problem.
Room request is nothing.
according to message, add 2 up to room requests
but I see anything.
why this problem??

which one solve this problem?
help..!!

If you have specific requests, and they are not shown, you will need to call the reservation hotline, and have the CM note them.

Online check-in selections will vary between resorts on what options are shown. It's a very simple system, will be expanded upon in the future.
