Is it possible to book an ADR for the day prior to our check in?

We are driving down to WDW and plan on arriving a day early and staying off-site. We are visiting from 12/26 until 02/01. I was hoping to make an ADR at DTD for the 25th.

Yes. ADR's aren't inclusive to resort stays.
