When my kids were swimming competitively our team was the best. The first 2 years my son swam they came in 2nd in their league. They never lost the entire time my DD swam and still have not 4 years beyond her retirement.
Our team is admired and hated. We've been accused of stacking our teams, not possible, cheating, hard to do, first one to hit the wall wins, but there is something about winning so much that others just can't be nice.

When they Won in a pool other than ours, it was uncomfortable for our parents. You had elated kids 5-19 splashing it up in a pool that wasn't ours. Celebrating was so much more rewarding when we were on our own turf.

I love this dog! I don't think my dog would want a friend, though. She'd get jealous.

Dang, that is a cute and happy Pup. As much as we want another Pup it would crush Walt, he doesn't like sharing his humans.

blaming others and marking them as "haters" when you started the whole thing by yourself, is the most dumb
Agreed. Desperation causes really dumb actions. I apologize to everyone who has to listen to my antics. I seriously feel embarrassed by my behavior I wish you all didn't have to witness. Another day, another irreversible scare associated with this quagmire that's only going to have reactions that will cause me to get more frustrated and do more stupid things, repeating the cycle over and over again.

Yikes! Can you imagine if someone with a grudge reviewed all the likes given.. making a list of "who to hate" and "personal enemies"? D:
Too funny but Lord you never know!

I can't do that. I have enough stuff that I have to deal with in real life to go down that road. This and places like this are my happy places, as the lady said 'I don't have time for that.' As time goes on I just run from icky.

My Grand is 95 as well! she's still in acceptable health.. specially mental one.
hopefully Nemo and her mom wont suffer these issues long :(
When you hear my grandmother talk, she makes it out like she's the oldest woman on Earth. We should have your grandmother meet mine so that they know that not everyone out there are younger than them! Lol

Take this from a kindrid spirit.

Only you can stop the cycle.

Yeah, I know, Fortune Cookie mush, but it is true.

That being said, there's a difference between being depressed and lashing out. One that has taken me a long time to learn and I still haven't mastered. Don't follow that model. Focus more on the positives in life, and you will find they are more abundant than you suspect.

Take this from someone who is also negative, and take it, like you should take all advice, with a grain of salt.

Oh...and since I'm giving out advice from my soapbox...wear sunscreen.

My dog doesn't like humans or animals she doesn't know. If there's a bird or rabbit outside, she'll let it know that it's not welcome.

I listen to Walt when he doesn't like a human 'cause he likes most humans, he believes they are all for him, so if those hairs stand up and he acts out I figure there is an instinct happening there. He has a weird relationship with one bunny. He chases her around our fenced yard half hearted, she runs sorta. She knows he won't harm her, he isn't all that interested in evicting her. They after a minute eat grass together. I think they are comfortable entertainment for each other or she wouldn't keep coming back. Walt will chase a squirrel with vigor on a walk. In our yard he totally ignores them, I wish it was the opposite. Now if Walt would just ignore skunks I'd be a lot happier with his life choices.
