I think those are all Texmex inventions. We never see those kind of things over here in the Occident part of Mexico nor the Mexico city area. (Taco bell didnt lasted months when they tried to expand their franchise system to Mexico)

Taco Bell tried to expand into Mexico?? Worst business decision ever!

Walking tacos are delicious. They have the same ingredients as tacos, except the shells are replaced with chips like Fritos or Doritos. They are eaten out of a bowl, or directly out of an individual bag of whatever chip you desire (I prefer Fritos).

I remember my marketing professor in college going through the poor decisions American companies have made when naming their products for sale in other countries. My favorite was Chevrolet deciding to market the highly successful (in America) Nova to Mexico. Unfortunately, in Spanish, no va means something along the lines of "does not go". It did not sell well.
