Minimum Age for Sea Raycer Passenger?

I know the minimum ages for renting/driving the Sea Raycers (and the max combined weight!), but anyone know if there's a minimum age for a passenger who's only riding along?

I'm not sure there is an age requirement on the passenger.

I guess probably not, as long as they're old enough to wear the life vest. Want to rent one and let DS4 ride with me, while DS14 drives his own boat.

They never asked me age of passenger when I rented raycer and told them it was for me and a passenger.
