You can call and make a reservation, normally you can make one same day. It isn't too terribly busy, unless you are going during a peak time.

No menus online. If I remember I will get a picture when I am in the park this weekend. I ate there about a month ago, and it was about 20 - 30 per person for dinner, which would include an appetizer, non-alcholic drink and entrée
