Dine with an Imagineer @ HBD... Dinner @ 50's?

On our upcoming trip in October, my fiancee and I are planning on booking the Dine with an Imagineer at HBD, which starts at 11:30. We haven't seen F! in a while, and my fiancee asked if we could on this trip, so I said "Sure. Why not?". She also mentioned that she missed not going to 50's on our last trip.

So, with that being said, is it rediculous to think that we would be able to handle DwaI and 50's PTC before 7-ish? So far F! is only showing at 7:30 the week we are there. We don't care much about missing out on the park time since DHS is less than 1/2 a day park for us at this point. Basically, I am more curious about portion sizes at the DwaI. Are they standard HBD portion sizes or are they smaller?

TIA! :D

Have you read any of the reviews online? I was considering this for our trip as well and was able to find plenty of reviews with a google search. Make sure you book right at 180 days, as they seem to fill up quick. I think the lunch is a 4-course meal, so you may have a hard time "fitting" all that in :D

I don't recommend doing both in the same day @GoochDSA - Dine w/an Imagineer is like a 3-hour experience and you're eating almost the whole time. I'm a big girl and I wouldn't eat another full meal the same-day if I had to.

Just my $.02

You could also do the dine with an Imagineer at the Flying Fish Cafe on a seperate day if you don't plan on doing HS more than one day :hungry:

Just keep in mind that the dinner at FFC is only held the second Tuesday of each month, unlike the lunch at the BD which is Mon, Weds, Fri each week. And the calendar currently shows the last dinner date in December, nothing lined up for 2014 as of now, while the lunches are still continuing.

Wow. I forgot I even started this thread. lol.

Anyway, we decided that F! was not all that important to us after all. We booked DwaI at HBD and opted for a later dinner at Bongos for that night. We could always cancel Bongos last minute if we aren't up to it.

Good plan!
