I heard that DL was starting to enforce FP return times. I am normally a WDW girl, but have done both parks. Wanted to know if they really are enforcing these now or if anytime after the window is still being honored - as it will change my planning for the days.

They're being enforced, with a fifteen minute grace period.

Good to know!! Wdw has been enforcing for over a year now and I'm glad but then again not glad. Pros and cons to the enforcement!!!

I thought the enforcement would throw a cramp into my touring plans but it worked out fine at both DL and WDW.

WDW enforces them. At SP there was a group of 20 people together who had a return time ending at 10:?? Well that got there at 1105pm and the CM turned them away.

Oh yes they are at WDW!!! Have been so for our past several trips. In fact, last week, a CM turned away a group of 5 at PP with expired passes!!!

That's good to know - my last trip was about a year and a half and had no trouble with missing my FP windows. But I'm headed that way to see the new FL in 2014 - by that time it will probably be FP+ so it will all be different again!
