'The Hat Lady' show no longer performing at Epcot's Rose and Crown Pub

The only time I saw her was on the last trip and it took me 2 tries to see her. I was not impressed as the show was very loud. Here's hoping the new format works out better.

...@MR FERRET in a Hawaiian shirt with a Lei around his neck,playing his marracas,giving it a bit of the Barry Manilow..& @mrdisman in his Lederhosen,playing his umpapa Tuba.& yours truly in my kilt... I think I'd pay to see that..Now for a name for the trio..

Of all the times I've been to Rose & Crown, I've only seen her once. I remember only paying about half attention to her, but other people in the bar were really enjoying her.

What a huge disappointment! The Hat Lady is a part of Rose & Crown!!!

So Pam will still be on piano but Te Hat Lady routine has been dropped??

The last time I saw Pam Brody in the Rose & Crown was about a year ago. She was there with her pictures & such, but she wasn't playing the piano. Hadn't seen her play in a long time.

The Hat Lady on the weekends recently (for the past few years) has been Carol Stein. (See my avatar picture) We have friends in Orlando that are good friends with her. According to my friend, Carol said that management wants more of a piano bar atmosphere with more contemporary music. (Howl at the Moon type thing) She will still be performing, but won't be in the Hat Lady costume anymore.

Carol's been playing piano for years on property. Before turning up at the Rose & Crown, she was the keyboard player for the Comedy Warehouse. She has a quick wit & awesome talent. I've also seen her filling in for the regular GF pianist once or twice.

Not that I like further loss of entertainment, but the Hat Lady was downright obnoxious. Good riddance. I also happen to think World Showcase has plenty of great entertainment, so I see no problem with this loss. It's the other parks that are lacking...

I wasn't a fan either. To quote George Harrison, Simon Cowell, etc. "I find it rubbish." It was loud noise but I guess it was part of the atmosphere.
