Sometimes I take comfort in platitudes...other times I do a mental eyeroll. I used them a lot while raising my son, though. He now thinks they're annoying!

I recently found on pintrest, "Keep calm or call your mom". Doesn't always work for me as my mother occasionally causes headaches, but it does make me chuckle, and that's usually enough!
