Has anyone eaten in a signature restaurant using the dining plan in 2013?

I just read some fine print......and it looks like you only get a dessert at a signature restaurant on the DDP and NOT an appetizer?!?! Can anyone confirm this? That REALLY bums me out! We are eating at a Signature restaurant every night the week that we are there. We bought the Deluxe DDP and are having sit-down breakfasts (several character), foregoing lunches, and then having signature dinners. I will be REALLY bummed out if our dinner doesn't also include an appetizer!

Just looked at the PDF for the 2013 Deluxe Plan. It says that each meal from a signature restaurant location includes one single serving: appetizer, entree, desert, non-alcoholic beverage.

WHEW! Good, because there were some items on those menus I was REALLY looking forward too :-)

Here is where I read it, from the Disney Food Blog - I put in red the part where they left out the appetizer:

Magic Your Way Package with Deluxe Dining Plan

Deluxe Dining Plan
Again, you must purchase the standard dining plan as an add-on to a Magic Your Way Vacation Package at Walt Disney World. This means you’ll be staying at a Disney owned-and-operated resort, and will have purchased at least a one-day ticket for everyone staying in your room.
Includes: Each member of your party receives the following, per night:
  • Three table service or quick service meals:
    • table service includes entrée, appetizer and dessert, OR full buffet, plus non-alcoholic beverage
    • quick service includes entrée, dessert, plus non-alcoholic beverage, OR combo meal plus plus non-alcoholic beverage OR combo meal plus dessert and non-alcoholic beverage
  • Two snacks from a wide variety of options
  • One resort refillable mug per person, per package
2013 Cost

Peak season dates are February 14 – 23, March 8 – April 6, May 31 – August 3, and December 13 – 31, 2013.
Other Details to Note:
  • A table service meal may be used for one Character Dining Experience (except Cinderella’s Royal Table, which will require 2 table service meals).
  • Two table service meals may be exchanged for one of the following:
    • one Signature Dining Experience, including entrée, dessert plus non-alcoholic beverage
    • one Disney Dinner Show (Category 2 or 3 seating at either show, or Category 1 seating at the 9:30 pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue)
    • one room service meal, including entrée, dessert, plus non-alcoholic beverage
    • one Pizza Delivery – 1 pizza, 2 non-alcoholic beverages, 2 desserts
  • If you are part of a Grand Gathering (groups of 8 or more only), two table service meals may be exchanged to attend one of the Grand Gatherings Experiences, except the Good Morning Character Breakfast, which only requires one table service meal. I can understand your concern, but the Disney food blog is not an official Disney site. When in doubt always go to the official info. The links to the official info are at the bottom of what you posted. Page 4 on each of those Dining Plan Brochures indicates app, entree, desert and drink for a 2 credit signature meal.
