What Happens When You Kiss Minnie's Hand and does "Andy's Coming!" Exist?

I read in a book about Disney that is you kiss Minnie Mouse's hand she does something special. I googled it and found nothing so I just wanted to know if any of you know anything about it. I also saw online that if you shout "Andy's Coming!" to the Toy Story characters that they will fall down and act inanimate. I heard that a Disney World Cast Member refuted this rumor and said that they don't do it at WDW for safety reasons. I didn't know if anyone could add to that or maybe one of you have seen or done this.

ive seen video of the "Andys Coming" thing, not my video but i'll look for it. Also I think the toy soldiers still freeze when they hear that, could be 100% wrong though. I fully understand if Disney put a stop to both though.

Never heard of the minnie thing.

No, the characters don't fall down.

If Minnie does anything special and it gets talked about online, EVERYONE will start wanting her to do it for them or their kid...and that will end, too.

Anything that gets discussed online ends.

Best to keep any little special things you know about to yourself so that they can continue being little special things.

btw, I love the Kenny the Pirate site. It's the number one go-to site for character information. (Schedules, locations, who's around in the parks, who isn't, etc.) I highly recommend visiting this site if you're planning to meet characters on your trip!

It seems to be a thing in the Disney-o-sphere lately. I guess everybody wants to know a special secret thing to say, do or yell loudly in the park that triggers an amazing reaction. Maybe WDW is on to something when they figure that today's guests wants interactive. The whole of WDW will be turned into a Phineas and Ferb / Sorcerers / Pirates interactive game.

I'm going to try my hand at this too:

Rumour, confirmed: if you tell a Disney princess a woman's place is the kitchen while slapping her firmly on her butt, her prince will challenge you to a duel in front of Cinderella castle!!!
