Reservation glitches

Something is definitely up because I had a different problem. I booked my reservations online yesterday for F&W fest oct 17-20. We are a party of 4, so when I later checked on my iPad through my Disney experience my reservation for Teppan Edo said a party of 12! I know I didn't write 12 people when making the AdR. So then I called and they said they have the ADR as a party of 4 in their system. I said I'm staring at it right now and it says 12! And she said well we have it at 4 so it must be a glitch, plus you can't make a reservation for 12 online anyway you would have to call in to make it for that many people. I said ok then I'll just ignore that it says 12 as long as you have it at 4. So I think there are a lot of problems with this new system.

So why is it that the CMs are denying that there's any problem and making us feel stupid! I told her that it seemed suspicious to me because even Sci-Fi was completely booked and they're usually available for ADRs the DAY OF, even during Christmas week. She started telling me about the food and wine festival and how it must just be booked. :mad: Guess I'm not getting an ADR for 'Ohana. The website says they only have 9:15s every day and the CM says that's just the way it is.

When I called and did our ADRs, the CM said they could only do six at a time (although the second set he did was for 7 ADRs...go figure). Anyway, he did the first six, the next seven, then a few more. Only the first six are showing up in "my reservations" on the web site. I haven't been successful in getting the others to show up. Each time I search, it cannot find the reservations. So I called back later that day, and a CM confirmed that she could see the reservations in the "system." So my guess is that there are likely two systems that exchange information. One for the website and one that the CMs see (which apparently does not show up on the website). This particular CM did tell me that there are issues with making and seeing reservations on the website and assured me that with the reservation confirmation numbers, we did indeed have a reservation.

The first six reservations that we made via telephone that show up online are indeed correct (times, number of people, etc).

I think the CM probably doesn't know either and it's showing up in their system wrong also. I would just keep checking and try calling again to get a different person who might be more knowledgable.
