Hi all! As I have babbled about before we are getting married at the Wedding Pavillion in August. Of the 19 people traveling all but my future in-laws have booked their stays. (Long story there, everyone cross your fingers and hope for the best please.) We used the military discount for several of the rooms which is great! There are 3 rooms that we are paying rack rate for at the moment. The plan was waiting for the late summer/fall discount offers to come out and to apply said discounts to outstanding rooms. Which was fine. Until... My parents decided to take in some Cardinals spring training games and visit the World for a few days. As they are staying at Pop they will likely be eligible for the bounceback discount. Which brings us to the bounceback questions.
1. What can Mom and Pop expect to see as a bounceback offer?
2. How many rooms can be booked on a bounceback offer? Are they limited to one or can they book 3 or 4?
3. Can the bounceback offer be applied to existing reservations or is it only for new reservations?
4. If it is only for new reservations can they cancel the existing reservations and rebook with the discount?
5. Last but not least, does the bounceback offer cover all Resorts or are they limited to certain resorts? We are having our guests stay at POFQ and I have noticed that there are certain discounts that do not apply to that resort.
Thank you in advance for any and all input!
