Cheesecake, i think its the only thing my 17 yr old daughter ordered for desert on our trip last year. I have a lot of cheesecake photos!

Berkshire Pork Two Ways from Citricos- Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Berkshire Pork Belly with aged white cheddar polenta (I substituted potatoes), Nueske's smoked bacon, brussel sprout hash finished with blood orange craberry demi-glace. soooo yummy

Pan seared scallops and mussels over risotto from Citricos.

Kind of a random question I know but, do all the japanese and asian places only have white rice? Do any of them offer fried rice? Also how is the white sauce?

Can't say I know anything about the rice availability, but the white sauce is incredible. I love it, and when eating at Tokyo Dining I always ask for some on the side.

It was sooooo good! I think this may get my vote for best steak on property! My husband still thinks Jiko wins that honor. Next trip we are going to eat them back to back so we can really compare.
