EMH and New Fantasyland?

What attractions are open during morning EMH in New Fantasyland? Does Enchanted Tales With Belle open early?

I was on "chat" with WDW and they gave me the usual list of "old" stuff. But, I thought I'd seen mentioned some where that the new stuff (e.g. Under the Sea, Dumbo, Belle) was part of the morning EMH now too.

Can anyone confirm?

i can give you a partial list from experience. when we went in early dec, dumbo, and all of the new circus area was open, didn't notice if casey's splash and soak was working, certainly there was NO ONE running around in it! little mermaid and belle enchanted tales were running. i did not check in on gaston's or any shops.
