I get the whisky but never understood haggis. It looks interesting saw it being piped into a party years ago but alas not enough pints to make me try it.

There's Haggis then Theres haggis. The best comes from Stornoway way up in the north of Scotland. There also famous for their black pudding made by McLeod butchers.

The Morrocco pavilian has a lot of veggie options and it's a favorite of mine. Hummus, tubule, man I could go right now and eat. Funny enough my husband is a pure meat eater but has said more than once when I've ordered a vegan meal that it was really good.

Whit! Did you know that 1/3 cup of Quinoa contains 160 calories. Bring out the Venison ;) makes awesome burgers. I bought 2 haunch of venison for $100.00, but is that 2 deer?
One cup of cooked quinoa has only 220 calories. It also has 5 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. It provides the body with just as much calcium as milk and is cholesterol free!

At least if your killing your own, your venison is organic! Kudos to you for going organic! ;)

Yes it is very good too! I just mix it with carrot, white beans, and some spices. Then cook in some oil and serve with sliced cucumbers and a greek yogurt topping. Yum-O!
Never tried venison. Do you eat a lot of it?

I know. I wish they would put him in restaurants other than Ohana and 1900. I think it's a waste of his talent.
He has moved around some, hasn't he? I think he was at Boma before 'Ohana, and last I heard he splits time between 1900 and the Grand Floridian Café now. He's got quite a following with the guests. I would not be surprised if he moves to one of the signature restaurants next.

I didn't know he is at the Grand Floridian Cafe now. That's good to know. I've never eaten at 1900 or Ohana, but I would go to the Grand Floridian Cafe to try some of his fantastic-looking creations.
