Towncar Service - MCO to Swan

Quicksilver has been a sponsor here for years. Used them myself, very good.

Used Quicksilver many times and they have been great. Always on time and very professional. It is also nice with a free 30 minute stop @ the grocery store to pick up a few things like bottled water or a few snacks for the room.

Have used both Quicksilver and Happy Limo. Both were good but the driver was a little better/friendlier from Happy Limo...but that can change from day to day I am sure.

We used Mears Towncar service several times to get our DS from his college apartment to MCO and back when he flew home for Christmas. On both occasions there were delays coming back to MCO from Rochester NY (in January, imagine that
) and Mears was right on top of the situation. They monitored his flight status and were there to greet him when he finally arrived at MCO. And they were also great about reassuring a nervous Mom when the flight was delayed the first time. Great people to work with.

We were happy with Quicksilver until they left us stranded at MCO. When United and Continental merged they were having issues with flight numbers so when our original flight number was changed (Everything else was the same) the limo service could not figure out what flight we were on and left a message during our flight. When we called then when we arrived they said they couldn't pick us up. Being frustrated I noted that we may not use them again to which we were told "find your own ride back to the airport at the end of your trip". So, needless to say we have not used them again. I understand that they are a sponsor here, but they left a bad impression with us.

Used them the last 4 years and they've always been great.
Only company I had a problem with was Tiffany. One year they ran my credit card twice. Another year they ran an old card. And they used to have a receptionist there who was incredibly rude, though that seems to be the norm for town car companies anywhere.
