LMA has been going on for ten years now (10 years in DLP, 8 years at DHS)...and it's become a bit boring.

Perhaps with the buying/negotiations spree that Iger has been on, Disney and Eon Productions could work out a deal to make LMA much more memorable?

Like maybe putting a TANK in it?

Anything COULD happen, but most likely wont. Most of the scuttlebut is LMA getting replaced with a Card Land esque redo.

OH! Please no. I'm not a Bond fan!! Besides the show is old. Definately not one to be seen every trip. There is so much land that at least 2 or 3 attractions can be put there nicely. Cars or Pixar Place (wishful thinking)

Do they even have the room to do a Cars Land clone effectively? I would rather them extend Pixar Place out through the BLT and LMA with a Large building housing an indoor Monsters Inc Coaster. Something worthy and not just a small Barnstormer ride. They could even go so far as to make the exterior of the building match the Monstropolis factory where Mike and Sully work.

I think that one of the negatives with this attractions stems from my problem with DHS in general. The attraction attempts to legitimize the thought of it being a place that focuses on the idea of a working motion picture studio, while DHS as a whole has slowly moved away from that type of focus. It has instead become a theme park that has its theme centered on the entertainment industry. In spite of the usual "this thing is old and needs an overhaul" type of issues, I find that this attraction adds to the confusion that TDO seems to be experiencing in regard to DHS as a park.

Why do you and others find it necessary to bash management, question the theme of the parks, over analyze Disney’s decisions related to WDW.

You remind me of the over bearing mother that insists on scheduling every minute of the WDW vacation down to bathroom breaks.

Go have fun enjoy laugh smile it’s VACATION after all! It's a magical place no matter what you say!

No need to make it more than what it is

Maybe you should get a job at Disney then you can fix all the “world’s” problems.

And yes my glass is always half full!!

You joined on Tuesday, so I'll give you some advice for these boards.... many, many, many people here love to bash the crap out of Disney. They do it multiple times daily. Then they still go there on vacations or day trips regardless of what they say they do. You have to expect it here. Tons of bashing going on because hate is the new red. ;) Oh, and if you call them out on it some of them will come unglued. Have fun with that. :D

I knew before joining that there would be people here that:
Try to be as negative as posible
Have nothing better to do with there sad little lives but bash others

For there to be 200 posts about the sky writing of the word jesus over the MK is a sad reflection of the people here.

We are fans. Discussing every detail of the object of their fandom is what fans do. All fans do this.

Fans of sports teams will know stats from the sixties down to every percentage. We WDW fans discuss the specifics of bathroom tiles, CM costumes and MS coffee. It may be minute, but it is not overbearing, it is simply what we do.

That is an excellent post. The kind of thoughtful, knowledgeable insight, presented in a clear manner and respectful of the subject and other posters, that keeps polite society returning to this forum. :)

On topic and no personal attacks - nothing at all wrong with this post. Attack the opinion, not the poster.

I agree, his post brings up an excellent point of discussion, should DHS try to have the "how movies are made" theme that it started with or should it move in another direction. If things like this can't be discussed on a WDW message board there is really no point in having these boards.

I love James Bond but I wouldn't want to see this happen because I'm just not a fan of stunt shows. I would much rather see LMA removed for a ride.
