I usually ask this every year, but does the finale of the PoE tag have the same amount of pyro as the past few years? From what I recall, that amount is lower than what it was 5 or 6 years back...

Difficult to say for sure on the finale, but it does seem a bit less powerful than years prior.

I did notice the floating starfield effect that usually takes place when the different languages are spoken is not present this year. Also, after 3:10 there is less pyro (6 shots vs 8/3 peonies vs 4 from years previous). Any idea if any of the barges were shut down/not working for whatever reason? It looked like the ones by Mexico weren't firing...

EDIT: One last thing - Earth Globe didn't open for the finale, though the 3 spotlights did turn on.

Finally caught it tonight. The finale felt off.. like they spread the super-powerful explosions out way too much. Spread out over 6 seconds instead of the usual 3 or so. I was kind of disappointed. OTOH I found another viewing spot that I really like... mostly because it was right across from the Mexico lasers so I finally got to see the full intended laser effects for the tag. Was originally waiting on the area down the bridge b/w England and France, but felt the wind being unfavorable and cross-checked it with mobile.wdwmagic, so had to find a new spot.
