Marvel Theme Park at Disney World Survey for School

Hello! My name is Megan and I am currently receiving my Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. For my final project, I am creating a campaign to add a Marvel Theme Park to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida because I love comic books and I love Disney. As part of my research, I have created a survey that takes less than 20 minutes and will give me insight into what people think about Marvel as well as Disney. 1. Not going to happen in Florida. Universal's contract with Marvel is airtight, and Disney has agreed to honor it.
2. Not going to happen in California. Disney has no room to create a Marvel park.

I love Disney too, and I especially love Walt Disney's legacy of originality and innovation. And for that reason I do NOT want a Marvel Theme Park crapping up Disneyland (WDW is safe, thank goodness). Disney used to be known for CREATING properties or adapting them in the Disney style, not merely buying up junk and dumping it into the parks willy-nilly. In any case, legalities make it impossible for your proposed project to occur at WDW, so you might want to rethink it. And good luck! :)

Hello! My name is Bob. I, too am completing my Masters Degree. For my final project, I am creating a campaign to tear Wizarding World Of Harry Potter completely outta IOA and relocate it to DHS. Even though this would be completely illegal and logically could not happen, I am creating this campaign because I love Harry Potter films and I love Disney. Contracts, copyright, and legality are all overrated bullsquash if you ask me. I do not believe we should be held to legal agreements & contract terms if we really want something. As part of my research, I have created a survey that takes less than 20 min to complete. There's more sarcasm than attacks, but it's still not helpful. It's for a project-- I'm sure she's not planning on officially proposing the campaign to TDO, so there's no reason to freak out, even if you hate the idea.
