The Strongest Beer in WDW.

Howdy Folks. I visited my local bar last night with friends and lo and behold,they now have my favourite Coors in draft.But it is 5% in proof and I thought that was strong compared to the Coors I had at WDW this year.Anyway,what is the strongest beer you've tasted at WDW? I once tried a Japanese lager that was 8.5% but can't remember what it was called.

I believe Big River Grille on the Boardwalk has a couple of beers with an ABV of around 5.5 or 6.

I would assume it's one of the Unibroue options that they serve at Le Cellier. I don't know which beers they have from the brewery in stock there, but I'm pretty sure they have La Fin Du Monde, which clocks in at a respectable 9.0% ABV.

Oh, I forgot that Raglan Road sells Arrogant Ale. That has an ABV of 10.5%.

I'll answer this one for Pug since he's sitting right next to me. He says "it's a little rough." I don't care for it either, but he's the beer aficionado in this house.

Yeah, what she said. It's strong in both flavor and kick. I've had many brews around 7% or 8% ABV, and for the most part, the alcohol isn't in the forefront. With the Arrogant , it's not just in the forefront, it kicks your teeth in. The beer has a big following, though, so it obviously appeals to a lot of people. It's just not in my wheelhouse.

I have to say I am intrigued to try, and we are staying at SSR, so I could just stumble home, but i will probably pass.
