I guess that puts the stop to all talk about TWDC buying out Euro Disney SCA. It seems like they went with another restructuring instead. From the press release it sounds like this might be promising.
When I was at DLP in August, the parks were incredibly crowded. So with lower interest rates, they might actually be able to earn a profit which they can reinvest - my suggestion would be a full renovation of all restrooms at DLP, they are in a very sorry state at the moment and need to be fully redone!!
