CRT Breakfast - What do you like???

While we've eaten at CRT twice, we've never done CRT for breakfast. It hit me that it would be the ideal breakfast for our BoG dinner day and this is our trip of trying new things, so I've been trying since mid August to get a good spot. It took some stalking, but I snagged an 8:05a ADR :) this past Thursday. The breakfast menu never appealed to us, but I pulled up the menu the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the options (compared to the last time I looked at the menu).

Lobster and Crab Crepes - warm cheese-filled crepes topped with spinach, sauteed lobster, and blue crab meat with a poached egg perched on top and draped in Hollandaise sauce
Steak and Eggs - grilled filet mignon on a mild Chipotle-caramelized onion frittata served with our signature rosemary-lemon roasted potatoes
Traditional Breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and rosemary-lemon roasted potatoes
Healthy Choice - scrambled egg whites, hot ten-grain cereal, green yogurt topped with Castle-made granola, no sugar added walnut-sunflower bread and fresh fruit
Cream Cheese-stuffed French Toast - drizzled with Cognac chocolate ganache served with bacon and fresh fruit
Baked Quiche - goat cheese, spinach and mushroom quiche with a dollop of goat cheese cream served with rosemary-lemon roasted potatoes tossed with arugula, (child's portion available)

So, my previous dilemma has been replaced---I want to eat 75% of the menu!

Have any of you eaten anything off of this menu and have any opinions? The Lobster and Crab Crepes are screaming to me, but I fear the Hollandaise won't be up to snuff. And of course the Steak and Eggs had me at Filet Mignon; however, the French Toast (COGNAC GANACHE!!!) and the quiche (I do love goat cheese) sound appealing as well.

Actually, it's still all-you-care-to eat--they just changed up the offerings. :)
Thanks for this info...I had no idea they had changed the menu. We have a breakfast ressie for 12/23, as well as a dinner ressie for BoG that night!! Can't wait!!! The wife and I would stick with the traditional, one daughter would get the steak and eggs, and the other would get the healthy choice.

Thanks again for the info!

I was really excited to see the change. I mean, I hate it when people lose their fave menu items like the pp, but this menu really appeals to me. I've had bad luck at WDW w/Hollandaise and bad luck at CRT with things that sound like they should be good- so I'm going to be scouring Trip Advisor and Allears Rate & Review for some updated food reports with the new menu.

Good to see someone else doing the 2-castle day as well. It just sounds like such a fun way to start and end the day...well, at least food wise. :D

Whoa! This takes me completely by surprise. We have breakfast scheduled on our departure day. I'm thinking I need to try those lobster and crab crepes.
