Raising my hand!!!! LOL I haven't had it for years, but if you like eggs benedict you will LOVE the Samoan. We seem to always get the Big Kahuna, ham and cheese omelette and tonga toast, and share amongst the table. This way, aside from the wonderfulness of the Samoan, we sample everything this way

No wonder I walk to the TTC then hop on the monorail. If I headed straight for the monorail after breakfast at Kona, I'd fall fast asleep on my short ride to Epcot!Good plan

The Somoan is heaven on a plate!
Pulled pork with cut up roasted potatoes and english muffin, 2 poached eggs, hollandaise and then my fav part...arugula with a light citrus vinegrette on the top! Looks a little funky but trust me on this...take a little bit of the arugla and a little bit of the hash together in a bite....OMG a mazing!

I've had similar elsewhere but not from there. I'd say it's worth a try. Good combination of flavors/textures

love it, love it, love it. Tried it for the first time last year and will be having it again in October.
The Samoan had always been a favorite of mine but just like anything it can be hit or miss. The potato in the hash has been replaced with bread cubes. Even still, when its done right it is an amazing dish. The watercress on top is a great addition. Last time I had it however the eggs yolks were completely solid, there was a bone in the pork hash and the watercress was covered in sea salt. It was terrible! I haven't had the desire to go back and have it again, but maybe next trip.

The potatoes are in there as well as cut up english muffin. The watercress has been changed to arugula. There isnt any sea salt in the dish.
