We've made shirts both times we've gone. I wish I knew how to post pics so I could show them. We do a matching color and then different characters. I did vinyl cut outs so I could iron them on. (I did things like a shadow of Mickey, Woody/Buzz/Aliens, Sharks from Nemo, Mickey heads, Goofy). They came out super cute and it really helped with the kids that they were in the same color.

This year, my friend is embroidering their shirts. Nerd Mickey and Nerd Stich, McQueen and Mater, Buzz and Woody. And then the Deathly Hallows symbol for Harry Potter at Universal. Im super excited! :D

If you've made shirts, show em off! I love them!

For Josie's first trip, I ordered personalized shirts from the Disney Store. They had the Fab 5 in travel gear and said, "Joey's first trip." (We call her Joey at home.) We wore them on our one day at the MK that trip. It was fun, but I don't think I'd do it again. I kind of wince when I show normal people the pictures from that trip.

That's a good call. I did pick up matching Chip and Dale shirts for the girls for our upcoming trip. Originally, they were going to wear them to Garden Grill, but that's no longer on the agenda. So, now we'll just put them on the girls on a day we plan to see the munks. Love the munks!

Unfortunately, I'm married to Grumpy, who will NOT wear a Disney shirt. (Killjoy) The only shirts I planned on getting were wdwmagic shirts. T's for me, collared shirt for my son. I LOVE the shirt idea, wish Tinkerbell would clunk DH on his head and sprinkle him with Pixie Dust!!!!

If she does, save a little and send it my way. My wife is queen among Disney haters. She loathes Tinkerbell. She gets violently angry about Winnie the Pooh. Seriously, who hates Pooh? My wife. That's who. I am not sure if a pixie dust IV could bring her around.

LOL!! Sigh, I'm hoping Walt, himself, appears before Grumpy aka DH and tells him to lighten up! If there's a will there's a way, and being CEO of all things (in my mind) he WILL come around, or else he's in store for one HECK of a week while we're at Disney. Once we're there, he LOVES it, so like I said.... I hope Uncle Walt lightens him up!!!

Mindy would take a swing at Uncle Walt if she saw him. If your husband is Grumpy, my wife is Maleficent where Disney is concerned. While we are there, her mood gets progressively worse. The only thing that keeps her from violence is a steady stream of cupcakes. Plain cupcakes. Nothing fancy. Fancy cupcakes make her mad.

Could be long lost relatives. They definitely sound like they have similar temperments.
If I give DH enough Rum Runners all is well LOL.... If I can suggest, plan things for your DW targeted just for her (spa treatment at GF, or do a carriage ride just you two) Like I said, when there's a will, there's a way!!!

Sound advice. Believe me, I'll try. I'll fail, but it won't be for lack of trying.

You can do it!!! But if you don't mind the suggestion, plan something JUST for your DW... (NOTHING beats a good massage and pedi!) Do something she would never think about. (The horse and carriage ride is so great) Or do the Dolphins in depth morning at Epcot, which we LOVED (pricey but what a memory) Plan a romantic dinner at Narcoossee's, remember plan something, that is over the top, JUST for her.. (heck, we're already in the World, so its up to us to make their experience memorable) Rent one of the searaycers, which we do every year, DH LOVES that!!! (Thank you Mickey!!) If all else fails, get her a bottle of Dom and strawberries!!

I just finished ordering our tees for MNSSHP. We got em from vista and got them for less than 20 apiece. Never attended MNSSHP but im guessing the tees would be more than 20

When we went with some family friends a year ago, the wife (she's very crafty and quite good at it!) made some very unique Mickey t-shirts. We all wore them, but not on the same day. :)

Why do people wear Disney shirts to Disney? I don't understand, but would like to. Thank you for understanding my ignorance on this topic and for enlightening me.

To show support of their favorite characters : ) Something new to wear with their favorites on them, they look adorable on the kids and stand out in crowds.
