Does the Animal Kingdom still do the Picnic in the park box lunch?

Sadly, no. They got rid of it quite awhile back. Didn't seem to last very long at all.

We had it in may, we got it from the beastly bazaar and took it to a quiet part of flame tree to eat. It was really nice. The sandwiches are kept on a fridge in the corner, desserts and drinks are next to them. Its a shame if they've finished it, it was a nice option.

Yes, we've had it the last couple of years. They have changed it from its original format though. You select a sandwich and snack (fruit, cake etc) along with a bottle of water, it was around $19 for two. It all comes in a re useable shopping bag, last year it had "disney's animal kingdom" on it, this year it was plain.

No, unfortunately its just sandwiches now. Good for a change tho. We do find Ak slightly lacking for food options, even tho its my favourite park.
