Water is my default - as nothing can wreck your day like being dehydrated. But when I want something with some flavor and ice cold, I really like those ice fruit smoothies at the Joffreys kiosks at Epcot. They have fixed the issue of it losing flavor towards the bottom, and you now get 100% flavor all the way down the drink.

I think the power stick is one of those prepackaged powder mixes for bottled water. I haven't used the gatorade ones but I like the Crystal light lemonade ones.

As for park drinks I usually stick to water and at lunch or dinner I let myself have a big Diet Coke.

I usually go for a Diet Coke. And is it just me, or does the Diet Coke they serve at the counter service restuarunts taste a bit different than they ones in the bottles. It tastes like they put some of the water from the hotel faucets in it, but I'm not complaining. I like it!

Used to be the dragon fruit flavored Vitamin Water but now that I have cut out anything made with HFCS, it's gonna to be a challenge to drink anything other than water & iced tea.

Excuse my ignorance, but what the ....is a Gatorade Power Stick? :)
My bad. I mistyped. They're Gatorade PowDer Sticks. They make them for regular Gatorade and their G2 line:

But yes. Just like the Crystal Light Idea, but better for an active kid athlete, losing fluids in the Florida heat who does NOT have a weight problem. ;)

If not beer or the Grey Goose Lemon slushy, then it has to be the raspberry lemonade drink at Herbie's in DHS.

Strangely, with all the homogenization at the parks, there are a couple of beverages that have similar names, but are different at different parks.
