Second Daughter from initial CoP scene - theories

I was curious what other folks theories were on the disappearance of the younger daughter from the CoP? Some initial theories:

1) Figure is in B Mode in other scenes and strobe is not working
2) ran away with dog from The Land ride
3) Tried to intervene in the Mergatroid/Jimmy Thick confrontation
4). Took pictures of a certain stand at the Flower and Garden festival and has not been seen since
5). Started a controversial thread and was deleted by The Mom
