The half meter pizza can feed 4-5 people depending on the group I would say. The size of the pizza you get on the DDP is determined by the number of people in your group. The breakdown looks like this if you are getting pizza (remember it goes by credits cashing in):

1 TS credit - individual pizza, drink and dessert
2 TS credits - large pizza, 2 drinks, 2 desserts
4 TS credits - 1/2 meter pizza, 4 drinks, 4 desserts
