I took my son to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force today. They have a very neat little exhibit on all of the things Walt and the company did for the troops and the rest of the country during WWII.
I took some pictures to post, then got home and found out I'm not allowed to post pictures, so here is the link to the website,http://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/factsheets/factsheet.asp?id=7883

Great stuff! Nice to see what they did during those critical and heroic times for our country. I am sure Walt had a special place in his heart for the troops based on his service.

You could upload the pictures you took to a site like Picasa and then post the link here. This is the way that EpcotServo posts his picture reports.

A lot of companies are ashamed of what they did during that time period, they really didnt fully understand ( or at least I hope they didnt) what they were doing. IBM in fact built a custom computers for the Nazis for the particular reason of identification purpouses...and we all know where that led to.

{I Appoligize to any IBM employes for putting you guys out there but it was just the first example that came to mind}
