I was apprehensive at first about the Memories campaign when it was announced a few months ago...but wow it has become in my opinion one of Disneys best yet. My wife and I enjoy checking out the pics and videos on the Disney Memory site and we came across this one yesterday that instantly brought tears to my eyes....have I mentioned how much I love this magical place?

I was also the same way with this new campaign but you know what, it's amazing. March 6th I went to MK and watched the new Memories campaign show it's just amazing. The castle, the pictures, the videos, the memories made everyday in Walt Disney World is pure magic.

This video you posted shows what an effect Walt Disney World has on people of all ages in particular in those one, younger. No matter how young, how old, this place brings smiles, and sometimes as we see tears of joy. Whether if its in Epcot Illuminations of Earth or MK Wishes and the Memories show.

I'm with you on the last part, I love Disney with a passion. Even though it was only my second visit it sure will not be my last.

Thats pretty cool. Walking into MK for the first time each trip still has the same effect on me. And now it's even worse watching the kiddos taking in the magic. The looks on their faces get me every time, gives me chills thinking about it.

And I thought I was the one to loose his cool, I don't even tear. Maybe little the first time I saw Illuminations and seeing the Electrical Parade for the first time in 10 years but thats about it LOL. I always get a little glassy eyed during Spectro Magic.

After reading this thread I went on to browse some of the videos. While the videos were cool, there are some really awesome stories on there. One in particular had me going: this guy's son had a severe speech development problem and doctors told him and his wife that thier son may never say more then 10 words in his lifetime...I wont give the ending away go on there and find it, because I cant do the story justice.

We took our three-year-old son this past July. One night at MK, he was cranky and tired, but we decided to stay for the fireworks. When the show started, he looked up with wonder and shouted a joyous, resounding "WOW!" I got choked on that one. Pure magic.

You said it. I'm tearing up right now. When that kid wiped his eyes, then stepped out onto Main Street and looked at the castle...what can I say? What words would suffice? I'm speechless. :)

It's truly something, I'll share one my first memories at Magic Kingdom on my first visit last year. We just entered MK and just seeing the castle from the boat far away was the beginning. Actually going into MK and seeing the castle head on blew me away, I've only seen Disney on television and now that I was actually there only one word, wow.

So we got there just in time for the dreams come true show that shows 3-4 times a day or whatever anyways, my girlfriend and I sat right down near the castle and waited for the show to start. Well, I guess I picked the best spot because I looked around me and do you guys know what I seen, something I HATE the most!............

Young children, young adults..sick, disabled, mentally challenged. It KILLS me every time I see a child no, ANYONE to be like that it hurts me like anyone could ever imagine. Well this is where my memory starts to form. The show begins and Donald, goofy, and few CM's come out, and then the man of the show, Mickey Mouse. NEVER will I forget the faces that morning, on of my first magical memories at WDW with these children going through all different types of obstacles, there faces lighting up like this ":D:D:D"

To put in words, I simply cannot it is too difficult. I'm sure some of you guys have seen something similar or exactly what I just tried to describe it's a feeling like no other.
