My arms are so sore from my workout.
I'm doing the Jillian 30 Day Shred and I'm on level 2...man does she kick your butt in level too.
I can barely lift my arms up, they are so weak.
But I think it's getting results. WHF says my tummy is looking flatter. (Although he could just be trying to flatter me. :lol![]()
WHF...it's been a while since he's been called that.

And Nibbs...don't lose too much...
