A couple questions about dining at Mexico

With the opening of La Cantina and La Hacienda de San Angel, does anyone know if the small stand that serves the quesadillas will remain open? We really love the flavor of those with the Chihuahua cheese. Also, will the margarita stand remain open as well? I'd like to be able to get a lime margarita without the raspberry that they serve at the cantina. Going in 2 weeks and can't wait!

The small stand will remain open until through Food and Wine festival (that is the stands actual purpose). I can't imagine it being open after that since it was only kept from last years festival in order to provide a quick serve option for mexico while the cantina was closed. The margarita stand has been in place for years and will continue to stick around.
