TiW Purchase

Can I purchase a TiW card at Guest Relations when I check in at my hotel? I plan on purchasing an AP at the same time, so I should get the discount on the card. I am not on any kind of dining plan, free dining, etc. so do you think the TiW card is worth it? Thanks for any advice!

I believe it can only be purchased at one of the 4 parks, and you need an active AP to do it, you can't use a voucher.

If you eat at table service restaurants, and especially if you have a group of 4, it can almost pay for itself at one dinner.

Well, you cant use a voucher, but you can get the AP with your voucher, and then get the TIW card 5 seconds later.

I just did that last trip (at EPCOT GR). I went up with a will call number for my AP, got the AP, and then got my TIW.

FYI, they are $75 and are on park media now (the mylar tickets, just like an AP) and now they charge $50 to replace a lost card. So my advice is, don't loose your card.
