What are the crowds usually like in May?

* EDIT * Crap, can I get this moved - I didn't see the part saying this was not about asking tips.

Trying to figure out the best time to visit next year.

We've just come back from spending 2 weeks at Disney, and I didn't realise at the time of booking it would be spring break. At the start of our holiday it was fine but gradually got busier as time went on into the second week. We usually go the end of September into October and I know it's usually quiet.

We were looking at May next year and wondered what the crowd levels were like and certain times to avoid? Or possibly June.

Hey Matt,
Just some advice from 3 books on a Disney vacation...

-ALL 3 books agree that the BEST times to enjoy Disney World are the week after labor day(first Monday inSept) until the week before Thanksgiving(last Thursday of Nov), and the week AFTER Thaksgiving until mid-December. Now I know you said May or June of next year. Late May through Labor Day(September) are the busiest times, according to the books. I would suggest if you can, plan to go in the first 2-3 weeks in December. If you have never experienced a Disney Holiday, you have missed out! ALL property is decked to the hilt for the holidays! Crowds are light and each park has special holiday events included in the regular admission! Hollywood Studios have The Osbourne Dancing Lights Spectacular, Epcot has The Candlelight Processional, And Animal and Magic Kingdoms have holiday parades and shows on the castle stage! Tree lightings, and if you want to venture off property and make your way to Celebration, FL (Disneys true version of EPCOT), there you can jouney back to an era gone by with victorian architecture in a self contained town built by Disney! And each night on Celebrations Market Street, it will have special activities for the holidays and it actually snows on selected nights! Now, wherelse can you go in Florida and enjoy a nice winter night, snow included!? If you would like more information on things please reply to wdwqa@yahoogroups.com I can help you with your trip Check out the note below!

Have a Magical Trip,

Will
