I believe at Kimonos lounge at the Swan/Dolphin nightly.

Its not karaoke, but IMO Jellyrolls at the Boardwalk is probably the best night life option in WDW. You can sing along with everyone and the entertainers are top notch. The only downside is you have to be 21 and theres a $10 cover charge.
