Mickey Ville would be a great fit for a new Toon Town in WDW!

So most people love the new FL expansion but it will leave WDW without a Toon Town. There is still room for expansion in MK evan after the FL expansion.

Mickey Ville was a proposed Toon Town for TDL and is a tribute to Mickey's midevil cartoons. It is a Midevil village that imo would blend perfectly with Fantasy Forest. Below is a linke with the story and some art work.

It certainly would be a cool idea, and I don't think it is something you would see anytime soon. I would doubt after this expansion is done nothing new will happen to MK for 10 years.

Yes this would be in the future but I think it would be a perfect compliment to Fantasy Forest.

Looks interesting. But how well would that mesh with the current medieval type theming going on already, not to mention what they do with all the new castle type buildings for the new Fantasyland.

If anything if fits with the current FL better than Fantasy Forest. If you read the article it is themed like the village Haas in the current FL.

Eh. It looks like an interesting concept with some beautiful artwork, but I don't think another toontown will really be that necessary.

I'd rather see money funneled toward upkeep and other areas of the parks rather than building this type of expansion.

I don't think that anything you do will stand up to Toontown in DL, so I think perhaps we should stay away from the concept. After all, Mickey and Co. do really live there rather than here.

I disagree if they built this just like the drawings, the theming would be far superior to DL's TT.

Lovely artwork. But no, I associate Mickey and pals with early twentieth century America. So I don't need it build.

As for something else, I would love a Duckburg. Set in the universe of Carl Barks. Scrooge McDuck, Huey Dewey and Louis, Gladstone Glander, the Beagle boys etc. Plus Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto.

Also, I like the 'realistic' look of WDW. I prefer it over the caryoony feel of DL's Toontown, or the fantasy fairy tale style of Paris. (WDW ftw! Yay!)

I love the idea, I think it would fit in with the overall theme of FL.
But I have a question: Since FL is getting this huge expansion causing MTTF to get the boot. Don't you think that instead of rebuilding MTTF somewhere within MK, it would be more likely they would rather expand the idea of CMM in DAK or build it elsewhere like in DHS instead?
I have not heard of any future development of MTTF so I'm going to assume at least for now that it has been scraped all together.

It looks interesting but It really looks like it was meant for the International Parks..It has a toon look but an old world twist to it...

Now I for one would have been more excited for Mickey's Movieland

It was originally designed for TDL but It shares the same design as the villege hass so I think it fits fine :shrug:
