Restaurants without kids meal?

Is there a list anyone has made of dining plan restaurants without a kids meal?
Our 9 year old enjoys much more than the kids meal choices, so if we can be sure to get to those restaurants without a kids meal, we can all enjoy the "adult" meals on the dining plan.

The plan says 9 and under on the plan need to pick from the kids meals where available.
I want where not available.

We know there will be acceptable kid meal choices sometimes, but they are limited compared to the rest of the menu the 9 year old will surely see.

Thanks for any help!

As already mentioned the buffets and family style places do not have dedicated kids menus but all have the typical kid fare items so IMHO they do not really count. The only restaurant that comes to mind that does not have a kids menu and actually will not even allow kids below the age of 10 to dine there is Victoria and Albert's.

Out of the ordinary kids meals?

Thank you for the replies. I'll be slogging through the menus more.
Hmmm....
An a similar note, are there any really good out of the ordinary kids meals that might be more exciting that anyone can think of off the top of your mouse-eared :)heads?

At the "standard" table service places, kids on the dining plan are supposed to be limited to only the kid's menu selection. The thing to remember about the buffets / family style is that although they have typical kids food available, the kids are not limited to only eating that. They are free to try anything that is available.

Well, we're booked for 3/4 of our table services as buffets.
The kids really love 50s prime time, so that's the holdout.
Thank you all!
