Hi All,

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. Last year when we swam in shark reef my mask began to leak while in the water causing my contacts to fall out because of the salt water seeping into my eyes lol.

Is there any way that i can bring my own goggles and they supply me with the breathing tube?

Thanks

I hate that for you. The one time we tried it, I couldn't do it. I think the combination of the shape of my mouth and my braces really hindered the mouthpeice. I took one big breath and got a ton of water. Best of luck with your own equipment!

We used our own equipment when we went in 2007. Oddly enough my snorkel clip broke making it useless. I just used my mask and their snorkel. So I'm sure you won't have a problem. Have a great time!

They let you bring your own mask to dive with at Living Seas, so I don't see why they wouldnt allow you to there.

Oh that sounds aweful and pretty gross! I could never imagine swallowing salt water  All i remember is being in the middle of the tank and wanting to rip the mask off my face because it felt like my eyes were going to fall out!!

Better luck next time to the both of us for sure!

And thanks for everyone's responses!
