don't they even have an own hotel complex " shades of green" ?

heard of this discount maaany years ago

There is a hotel on property named Shades of Green that is owned by the military. The nightly rate is based on the rank of the military member. The discount on the resorts only applies to Disney owned resorts.

Yes, this discount is very similar to the one offered in 2003. The only difference is that in 2003 the family/friends ticket was $99 for a 5 day hopper. This year it's $124 for the same ticket. A 5 day base ticket is $99. You can add the hopper pass or the water and more feature for $25 each.

I see that the tickets purchased in DisneyLand are only good for 13 days- is there a time limit other than Dec 23rd for Disney World?

I have done several quotes with this discount code and it is a deeeeeeep discount. Six days in a water view room at PORS in early December for under $710 and 6 days in a courtyard view at WL around the same time frame for less than $1160.

If you are a military family drop me a line and I will get you set up.

Where did you get the quotes from? It's my understanding that you cannot book this deal through WDW reservations, that you have to go to a military base and to go the ITR or ITT office.

I posted this last week on a thread in the News and Rumors section, but since there are a few threads on this topic, here's what I posted on Jan. 11 ...

I had national guard drill this weekend, and this was circulated through the base e-mail system.

Disney really getting the word out --

The tickets have can be picked up at a participating base, Shades of Green or the parks. The rooms discount must go through either a Travel agent or Disney reservations.
