I am heading down to WDW tomorrow, and would like to know a few extra tips. i am staying at a WDW resort hotel, just an FYI.

My girlfriend and I will be getting in tomorrow around 1pm and will be staying at least two nights. While I know that's not enough time, it's all that we can do right now.

I will be carrying a backpack for water and snacks and such, I was just wondering if it had to be clear.

Thank you all for any help, this was a bit of a rush in that she has no idea we are going, and I have not been in over 10 years.

Thanks again,

No the nackpack does not have to be clear but it will be inspected before you enter the parks. Tips; arrive at the parks early, use the EMH and FASTPASS, and try to hit the big attractions during parades when the wait times will drop. But most important;ly have fun!

Can you take water and food into the park in my back pack?

Are tickets with the park jumper about 100 per day, or is my math wrong?

It costs 25 dollars to add the park hopper option to a ticket. The longer the ticket is the cheaper it is and you can add a no expiration option. You can bring water but it must be sealed i believe is the policy. I think you are right that if you only go for 2 days it will be around 100 a day.

thank you for the help.

I am curious how you would find out which parks would stay open later than normal for the "resort hotel customers"?

a tip for using EMH is driving to the park if you have a car with you. The buses can get pretty full at the end of the night.

Yes, you can bring food and snacks in the park. I went in November, and I always had both in my bag/purse. And my water bottle was never sealed, it was already opened and I'd been drinking out of it. We were there for 5 days and I was never questioned or told to throw anything out.

I'm assuming I wasn't an exception to a rule or anything... taking food from a pregnant woman IS very dangerous. :ROFLOL:

We bring refillable filtered water bottles, they are certainly not sealed bottles. As far as I know, you can bring any food/drink as long as it's not in glass or a hard plastic cooler.
