Pretty good. We had a bunch of people over last night for Monday Night Football. It was good to be with friends. I made chili. I changed my usual recipe... not sure I liked it as much.

I LOVE egg salad!
Eggs are okay to eat when you're pregnant, right? :shrug:
What do you put in your egg salad?
I put just a teaspoon of cinnamon in it. And I used some dried onion stuff. I think I'll definitely do without the onion stuff next time. I may continue to experiment with the cinnamon though.

I know, isn't egg salad the best??? I only use mayo (Hellmann's) and salt and pepper. Keep it simple.
As far as I know eggs are okay...I'm am bad mama when it comes to that stuff. I found out with this pregnancy that you're not supposed to eat lunch meat (that's cold cuts, to a lot of you) unless you heat it until it's steaming. I cannot imagine the circumstances under which I would do that :hurl:, so I've been eating it as is the whole time.
