Big group Big trip help please

Ok so I hope i dont confuse too much but if anyone has suggestions please help. My family and I are going to Disney(all the way to grandparents) All together we have 16 people going. rooms are taken care of but Im trying to get the best deal on tickets/dining. Right now I know dining is free if you buy your park tickets but i was trying to see if anyone knows a better deal. the days we are going break down oddly:

We have 7 adults going for 7 days
2 adults/2children for 5 days
2 adults for 4 days
and 2 adults for 1 to 3 days.

Please if anyone has advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.:wave:

Dining is only free on certain dates. When are you going?

I believe to get the free dining only if you book a package with the room and tickets included. Are you staying on site?
