Well you've gotta wait over 2 years for the 40th.... so I'd say it's probably not worth it, unless you typically only travel to WDW every 3 or 4 years anyway. Why not go this year, and then go back in a couple years after Space Mountain 2.0 is up and running?!

If you wait until the 40th there's going to be new rides and attractions under construction then - you may decide to wait again. Go now, and soon after the 40th - no point in keep putting trips off - new attractions are a reason to keep going back
