If I get the water park fun and more option with park hopper does that mean I have admission to both water parks? Could I go to both water parks in one day?

You can go to both water parks in one day, but it would use up two admissions from your ticket.

For the WPF&M add-on, think of them as "admissions" (opposed to the theme park part of the ticket, which are treated as calendar "days").

Every time you enter one of the water parks, PI or DisneyQuest, it subtracts one WPF&M admission from the ticket. (Unless you're leaving and returning to the same park on the same day, which doesn't charge any extra).

Extreme example:
You go to Blizzard Beach in the morning, Typhoon Lagoon in the afternoon, DisneyQuest in the evening and top it all off with some dancing at Pleasure Island (while it's still open) at night. Doing all this would use up *four* admissions from your ticket.

When you add the WPF&M option to your ticket, the number of admissions you get is equal to the number of theme parks days on your ticket, with the exception being a 1-day ticket with the WPF&M option gets 2 admissions.
