Ha Ha! I love the chicken! :lol:Kat, that is so great. I wish my husband wasn't so chicken. He's been told he's a perfect candidate for Lasik, and he won't to it b/c he's

You did both eyes right?Ha Ha! I love the chicken!
He TOTALLY should do it. It didn't hurt AT ALL. It's worth the 8 minutes of weirdness and nerves for a lifetime of vision.
Yeah... it's not cheap. But the guy I went to was considerably affordable. I think it starts off at $700/eye.Yay for you! I would love Lasik, but it definitely fits into our 'no way we can afford it' budget.![]()
I love all of you so much. I can't tell you how much all of you mean to me.

You always have the knack of warming my heart Susan. You are so cool!
That's what pushed my over the edge on making the decision. Contacts alone would have been $700 a year. The feeling is mutual!
I think it's more fear of the unknown... And of course the expense. But between contact lenses, the expensive cleaning solution, glasses, etc... if you added that up over his lifetime, it would come to way more than the Lasik.
Did you have any blurred vision after?
It could always be something to save up for - just you and hubby. Luckily DH has great vision, so we didn't have to worry about him. I do have to say though, it is some of the best $$ I've ever spent, and I'm only a few days in to it.Well, let's see...three of us in glasses, most likely four before long. That's $5600.
Yep, no way we can afford it. Maybe if money gets left on our doorstep or something.![]()
Bye Jen. :kiss:I'm going to rest for an hour or so before the kids get home. Take care everyone!
