What is the last day each year that the Christmas Parade in the Magic Kingdom is shown? Is it New Year's Eve? Is it possible as a Disney Resort guest to get into Magic Kingdom late in the day on NYE or does it close to all people when it fills up? We are arriving on NYE 2008 and would love to see the Christmas Parade if at all possible.:xmas:

The Disney Parks have 4 stages of closure - Stage 4 and NOBODY gets in.

I may be wrong here, but I thought the Christmas Parade at MK was only on nights of the MVMCP. So, if it is an MVMCP night, a Christmas Parade will happen. Not sure if New Years Eve fits that description.

I thought that, too, until we went last month. We attended MVMCP on 12/21 and saw the Christmas parade. Then, we were at MK on Christmas Eve, and the daytime parade (at 12:30 and 3:30), was.... the same Christmas parade that we saw during the party.
I know the Christmas parade happened until we left, which was 12/27, but I'm not sure about NYE.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is substitued for the regular parade starting the day after the final MVMCP, and continuing until New Year's. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of the final day of the Christmas parade, whether it's December 30 or 31 (I'm sure someone on here knows).

From Disney's US website - MVMCParade ran twice daily from 25th Dec up to AND including 31st Dec (12:30 + 15:30)
On 1st January DDCTParade ran at 15:00hrs
On 1st January DDCTParade ran at 15:00hrs

That is true actually
I was scheduled at funky times and dates when I was in spectromagic while rehearsing for celebrate the seasons and they didn't have the parade for too long. Infact, on nye i was in spectro magic performing for my dad of 06 as the basemen
