Is it worth going to WDW during marathon weekend? I'm torn....:shrug:

One of the slowest periods of the year. Maybe even THE slowest.

Agreed. We went in 2005 during Marathon time. It was not crowded at all.

I was there last year the week before and then during the marathon weekend. It was somewhat crowded the week before, but I think that was because many schools started back later. The actual weekend of the marathon was not too bad. The weather was also beautiful!!

But keep in mind Marathon Week it can be difficult to get a room on property or at Hotel Plaza last minute. Just make sure to book your room in advance.
