Thanks for asking! It's been better! I've had a couple of "episodes" with it, but they've been much shorter and not as intense. Has been a couple of days now, so *fingers crossed*

I'm hoping! I really want to get back into the gym, though. I think I'll start back easy w/ some pilates or yoga. And NOT push myself as hard w/ the yoga, which could've aggravated it in the first place
